Full Job Description
Section 18 & End of Lease Valuations - Assessing lease expiry, tenant reinstatement obligations, and landlord claims.
Building & Compulsory Purchase Valuations - Providing valuations for properties affected by CPOs and compensation assessments.
Business Rates & Rent Reviews - Conducting rateable value assessments, negotiating rent reviews, and appeals.
Investment & Development Valuations - Supporting property acquisitions, disposals, and feasibility studies., + Conduct Commercial Property Valuations - Offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties for secured lending, acquisitions, and financial reporting.
+ Market Analysis & Research - Providing accurate valuation assessments based on rental values, yield rates, and market trends.
+ Prepare High-Quality Valuation Reports - Ensuring compliance with RICS Valuation - Global Standards (Red Book).
+ Site Inspections & Due Diligence - Conducting property visits and gathering comparable evidence.
+ Client Advisory & Stakeholder Liaison - Engaging with landlords, tenants, lenders, and legal professionals.
+ Compliance & Regulatory Standards - Ensuring all valuations adhere to RICS regulations and ethical standards.
+ Business Development & Networking - Building relationships, attending industry events, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
