Full Job Description
- Full financial management and control of multiple contracts, including budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and submit monthly applications, including stage payments, final accounts, and administering high profile client contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, and identify risks and opportunities within contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborating with Contracts Managers and Accounts Teams to achieve financial targets and ensure repeat business.
