About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at a prestigious residential development. As a key representative of JLL, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling new homes to potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process., Conduct viewings of show homes and available properties, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to completion Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets Maintain detailed knowledge of the development, including property specifications, pricing , and available incentives Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and property availability Contribute to marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events
- Proven experience in residential property sales, preferably in new home sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
