As a Warehouse Operative, you will support our manufacturing operations by managing stock, maintaining supply flow, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, proactively identifying and addressing issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work in other manufacturing areas when needed.
We are seeking a team player with strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

What will you be doing?
+ Stock Management & Supply: Offload deliveries, store materials correctly, and ensure a consistent supply to manufacturing using the Warehouse Management System (Autostore).
+ Compliance & Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and labelling standards.
+ Safety & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness, following company policies and procedures.
+ Communication & Collaboration: Effectively share key information with colleagues and shifts to ensure smooth operations.
+ Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and address issues, participate in training, and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
+ Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with knowledge of stock management and logistics processes.
+ Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage stock, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
+ Team Player: Works collaboratively with colleagues and communicates effectively across shifts.
+ Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset: Identifies potential issues and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Adaptability & Flexibility: Willing to work in different areas of manufacturing as needed and respond positively to change.
