Full Job Description
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the friendly face who welcomes our customers to our restaurant. Working predominantly in the dining area, you will be responsible for exceeding hospitality expectations, by making it special for all of our guests. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. You will need to complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction and follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures., Every year, you'll have a review with your manager, which can make a real difference to your pay. You'll get a bigger pay rise if your reviews show you're doing well.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential., [01:03] Be natural and work to the best of your ability.
