Full Job Description
- Support all other team members producing detailed drawings using company CAD software and hardware
- Obtain, manage and utilise data from a range of sources including the Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, Environment Agency and Utility companies
- Interpret HM Land Registry title plans, utility maps and as-laid drawings received from contractors, to create and deliver up to date, accurate drawings to support our consultancy advice
- Scale and re-scale maps using reference sources to ensure geographical accuracy
- Develop and maintain own knowledge and skills via company run and wider training
- Initially shadow and gradually move on to working more independently on projects and requests
- Play a key role in the team by supporting, communicating and helping all other team members
An interest and experience in CAD - Have a degree or masters in Geography, GIS, Surveying or Land Management or a closely related subject with a large CAD component
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be a great team player with a can-do attitude
