Full Job Description
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
- Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on our new customers where applicable
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.
- Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Cultivate consultative long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs
- Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focusing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis
Your ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets will be critical to your success., At least 3 years' experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Door to door, Recruitment) - Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
- The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have:
- Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitions to earn a lot of money!
- An aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
