Conduct detailed market research to identify potential business opportunities and client accounts.
Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective use of research, CRM tools, and virtual communication.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and content that showcases hotel facilities.
Manage and nurture a portfolio of local accounts, focusing on retention and growth through virtual meetings, calls, and online networking events.
Collaborate with the Commercial team, Revenue Manager, and Marketing Executive to align on key strategies and maximize business impact.
Attend and contribute to virtual events, webinars, and client meetings as needed, ensuring professional and personable delivery.
Record activities and results in the CRM system to track progress and improve strategy execution.
