Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize participation and learning application.
Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, supporting their learning and growth.

6-9+ years of experience in learning and development or related role, with experience solving for a variety of audiences including leaders and managers.
Extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Experience facilitating learning with a variety of audiences.
Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to confidently make decisions about the right learning solutions and rally others around your vision and plan.
Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience working with external suppliers and vendors.
