Full Job Description
What to expect:
+ Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the Dermatology and Rheumatology sector.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL's), and healthcare professionals.
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
+ Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to date information is conveyed.
+ Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
+ Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
+ Provide outstanding customer service and support in handling product inquiries.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
Who will you be working with:
+ Reporting into the Regional Business Manager, you will work closely with Account Manager colleagues.
+ Customer Pathway Managers (CPM's)
+ Medical Science Liaison (MSL's)
+ Marketing
+ Healthcare compliance
+ To excel in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and who excels in both independent and collaborative team environments.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, with a focus on Dermatology and/or Rheumatology preferred.
+ Willingness to embrace digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance workflows, drive innovation, and improve overall efficiency.
+ Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
+ Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events.
+ ABPI qualified.
