Full Job Description
We are looking for a researcher with experience collecting or analysing genomics and/or neurophysiology data and with an interest in mental health. Appointment details:
- The post is graded on the non-clinical research staff Pay Scale Grade 6B, which, including London Allowance, ranges from £38,607 - £41,255 per annum.
- The appointment is available from 21st April 2025 and is funded for 1 year in the first instance, with potential renewal.
- Any offer of employment will be subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as required for the role. Opportunities to register for a PhD at UCL may be available. About you The post holder will be responsible for the collection and analysis of clinical research data. We have a study of neurophysiology, genomics and pharmacogenomics in severe mental disorders. We study biomarkers, primarily obtained from the EEG, to investigate psychosis risk and genetic influences on response to psychotropic medications.,

The post holder will have data collection or analytical experience in key relevant areas. For example, neurophysiology, statistical genetics, bioinformatics, genetic epidemiology, genomics, computational biology, neuroscience, or another relevant field.
