Full Job Description
- Develop and execute internal communications plans with clear, tailored narratives for Amazon's operations employee base
- Contribute to the EU editorial calendars, including ongoing adjustments based on data and trends
- Create and implement proactive communication campaigns across multiple channels
- Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders across European Operations
- Manage and support crisis communications as needed and look around corners for risk
- Champion the employee experience in all communications strategies
- Contribute to process improvements through innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful employee campaigns
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field - Experience in professional communications or public relations - Excellent writing skills are a must, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative, Internal communications experience within a multi-national company
