Full Job Description
Manage day-to-day ASB reports and cases, including investigating reported incidents and potential legal breaches. Deliver local and county-level ASB initiatives, produce written reports, issue formal notices, and accurately record actions using the Sentinel ASB case management system.
Offer specialist advice and support regarding ASB cases and the use of the Sentinel system.
Monitor ASB trends and crime across the district to ensure a proactive and coordinated response.
Contribute to the development of service enhancements aimed at increasing efficiency and improving interdepartmental collaboration for better outcomes.
Foster strong working relationships with partners, including participation in the Joint Action Group, to develop targeted initiatives addressing ASB, crime, substance abuse, and ensuring a safe night-time economy.
Stay informed about emerging issues, legislation, and developments related to community safety, and provide relevant reports and updates as needed.

Technical Requirements
Proven experience resolving ASB issues through investigation, negotiation, and enforcement of relevant legislation.
Demonstrable knowledge of ASB laws and how legal tools can reduce anti-social behaviour.
Full understanding of court procedures, with experience in preparing evidence and case building.
Experience working in a confidential, multi-agency environment in line with data protection and safeguarding requirements.
Competence using various software, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to analyse, interpret, and present data both electronically and verbally.
Ability to deliver outcomes in a multi-agency setting with differing goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly record and present information.
Sound understanding of Community Safety Partnerships and key legislation, including the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Up-to-date knowledge of housing, civil, and criminal law as it relates to ASB.
