Full Job Description
Here at Servoca, we are a Healthcare Agency so we can give you the choice of when, where and how often you work, which is great if you are looking for flexibility, stability and a little more control of your work/life balance.
There are full and part time hours available to suit you, and there is no obligation to work if you do not want to - all we ask is that you tell us your availability each week so we can get the right shift for you.
Successful applicants will deliver a person centred approach offering ongoing support, guidance and encouragement to adults and young people with profound Learning Disabilities. Personal Care may be a part of the role, based on the physical dependence of each client so candidates who are not willing to undertake this need not apply.
You must have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in a similar setting.
Pay Rates: £11.44 -13 per hour
Your role as a Support Worker will include working in various settings for vulnerable individuals experiencing:
· Autism
· Mental Health

In addition to the above, your role will also include promoting independence, wellbeing and aiding service users to live a happy and fulfilling life. This is one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world, so why not earn good money whilst doing it!
Shifts that are offered to you will be carefully selected and tailored to your preferences and location so there is no requirement to drive.
For more information please contact Bronte Schofield on 0113 331 5010.
