The successful applicant will be supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and working as a proactive role model within the team.,

Basic salary: £25,833.60 per annum
Funded qualifications: starting with working towards a funded NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care - Adults. (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
Annual Leave Entitlement equivalent to 5.6 weeks per year (with options to purchase more)
