Full Job Description
We are looking for a forward thinking dynamic nurse to join us on our acute medical ward (Ward L7). Our chosen candidate will require strong leadership skills to work within our team.
We are a 24 bedded ward, specialising in acute general medicine, diabetes and endocrine disorders. The ward has patients with a variety of clinical presentations and conditions, ranging from respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cardiology conditions, with patients usually being admitted directly from our Emergency Assessment Unit.
The successful applicant will need to have an abundance of post registration experience. They will need to be able to work calmly under pressure and lead a team and deputies' in the absence of the ward manager.
With this exciting opportunity we are looking for an energetic Nurse to rise to the challenge in this service.
