From 4 April 2024 overseas workers requiring a general Skilled Worker Visa (such as data analysts, IT and finance professionals, etc) but sponsored by an NHS organisation will need to meet the new salary threshold of £38,700. In addition, applications to the Health and Care Visa route for those occupations paid by NHS bands that are on the immigration salary, a list of skilled jobs which have lower salary requirements, will need to meet the national pay scale for their role or the new minimum salary threshold of £23,200 (whichever is higher). We advise that you check that the role you wish to apply for meets the requirement for sponsorship before applying.

+ To provide a "first" point of contact for some queries into the health team. This can be via telephone, electronic media and in person. Queries can be from parents, relatives, other organisations, general public and staff. This may involved dealing with anxious or upset family members.
+ To take responsibility for keeping up to date and reviewing your personal development needs and objectives on a regular basis including participating in reviews with your manager at lease on a 12 monthly basis.
+ Behaves consistently with the values and beliefs of the organisation and promotes these on a day to day basis.
+ Maintains emotional resilience and maturity with the occasional exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances.
