Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen, to join our well-established clinical effectiveness team. You will be working in an experienced team of ten staff, who are responsible for providing our clinical services with facilitative support for; the clinical audit priorities, monitoring of NICE guidance, the CQUINs programme and NCEPOD studies, along with other ad-hoc quality, governance & assurance projects and service evaluations

You will work alongside a Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator providing support to defined clinical services. We provide flexible working hours and hybrid working. We are a family friendly department.

Main duties of the job

This is an administrative role within a corporate support department, which facilitates all elements of clinical effectiveness.

We are looking to recruit staff with an eye for detail, an enquiring mind, sound experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, alongside other Microsoft office applications. In this role you will provide administrative and specialised support to multiple projects and workstreams and must have excellent organisational skills. You must be able to prioritise your work whilst managing fluid priorities which are often fast-paced and at times conflicting. You must be self-directing and able to work autonomously.

You should not be put off from applying because you do not have experience in a clinical governance role.
