0825 Apprentice - IT Support x 2

Working towards a Level 3 qualification in IT, whilst gaining practical work experience over 18 months.

At least 6 hours per week will be spent on off the job training, delivered by NTC and BALTIC our chosen training provider. This training will be delivered via a number of methods including day release, Webex and on-site delivered training.

While you will spend time with all teams you will primarily be based with our 1st line team. They are responsible for all IT queries into the department, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner. This can be via telephone, email, or the self-service portal. They provide excellent customer service while aiming to resolve the query quickly.
