0842 Desktop Technician

We deliver an effective, efficient and easy to use service for customers, ensuring users have access to the required tools and services in order to perform their role with little to no disruption. This role is within our Desktop Team, as well as providing an excellent 2nd line service to our customers around North Tyneside. You will be installing hardware/software and performing basic troubleshooting while adhering to IT security policies and protocols. You will collaborate with other teams while working on IT projects and support the team with daily tasks.
