The 1:1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant provides dedicated support to a student with specific behavioural needs, promoting positive behaviour, enhancing learning, and facilitating social interactions in the classroom., Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural and educational needs.
- Assist with task comprehension and engagement during lessons.
- Implement behaviour management strategies from the Individual Education Plan (IEP).
- Monitor and record behaviour, providing feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans.
