Are you passionate about supporting the learning and care of students with special educational needs? Grangefield is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Grangefield School is a highly successful two-form entry school situated in the village of Bishops Cleeve on the outskirts of Cheltenham. We are dedicated to providing a positive learning environment for all our children. Our school is known for its friendly and supportive team, well-resourced facilities, and commitment to creating a nurturing atmosphere where every child can thrive.

Role Overview:

· Support the learning and care for a KS1 pupil in a 1:1 role
· Deliver a personalised engagement model curriculum
· Provide intimate care as required
· Assist during lunch break activities

- at times will be required to lift a child/ren for reassurance and safety, · Stimulating learning environment and resources to enhance teaching and learning
· Ongoing professional development opportunities

· Experience working with children with special educational needs
· Ability to deliver personalised and engaging curriculum, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCO
· Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
