1:1 Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a 1:1 teaching assistant to work in Year 1 and Year R with named children to support them within the classroom so that they can access the curriculum. There will also be times when the children will be working within a small group and on an individual basis. You will be working under the direction of the class teacher.This position is fixed term until August 2025 while funding is confirmed.

WIS is invested in all its staff and will provide any training that is needed. We are a partner school with the Roade teaching hub so there are extra training opportunities for Read, Write Inc teaching.
