We are looking to speak with NMC Registered Nurse and/or HCPC Registered Paramedics who are 111 Pathways Trained to support the 999 Emergency Operations within the 111 Call Centre in Medway and Crawley. As a 111 Clinical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in frontline healthcare, being the first point of contact for patients seeking urgent medical advice. You'll assess their condition, provide health information, and guide them to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to their immediate needs.
