Full Job Description

As a 111 Support Administrator you will play a pivotal role in the success of our service. By providing administrative support to our Peterborough Contact Centre Management Team, you will support the smooth running of our service., Principle Responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Secretarial/administrative support to the NHS11 team (typing, diary management, arranging meetings, dealing with correspondence etc.).

Support the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) i.e., ensuring updates are distributed appropriately.

Support the maintenance of the contingency manuals and other NHS111 documents for accuracy and distribution as necessary

Support the recruitment process - organising interview dates, copying documents, meeting candidates, and administering selection tests

Support the smooth running of the service by addressing employee related issues such as booking appraisals, Return to work administration,

Reporting to the 111 Support manager and supporting with any ad hoc administrative tasks and duties as required by the needs of the service.

Work closely with all contact centre managers ensuring collaborative working.

Liaise with surgeries for PLT planning alongside the CAS team.

Production of accurate reports daily including Sit Reps.

Ordering of staffing equipment/resources when necessary.
