Full Job Description

The role of the RTT Validator is to help the Specialty operational teams to manage each patient's journey from referral to treatment in a timely and efficient manner. Providing accurate information on how long pathways are will be essential., The successful candidate will ensure that the validation entered onto our PAS/Cerner [Patient Administration System] is accurately recorded, succinct and in the correct format, in line with national rules around 18 weeks/RTT. This role requires liaison with colleagues across the Trust from all disciplines and supports excellent clinical service to patients. Daily validation of patient pathways in relation to the admitted and non-admitted patient's performance, interpreting the RTT patient tracking reports.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail is a key requirement for this post.
