We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Nurse who would enjoy the opportunity to work within the Community Nursing in Lower Annandale & Eskdale delivering quality nursing care to mainly housebound patients 24 hours per day.

We cover a rural area, with bases in Gretna, Langholm and Annan.

The successful candidate would work across the two bases.

This is a permanent post within the Dumfries and Galloway Health and Social Care Partnership, that will be initially based within the Lower Annandale Home Team. After an annual consultation, the successful candidate may be moved to another Home Team.

You will be working closely within an interdisciplinary Home Team which provides support to people in the local community.
