2 Personal Assistants for 2:1 Support CHC288

Mother is seeking 2 PAs to work together as 2:1 care/support for her 18 year old son on his Personal Health Care Package, this is to assist him to get out and about socially.
Funds Managed by People First.

Employed Rate: See below.
You will be working alongside another PA to offer support. Currently 2 PAs are required.
Hours are: 14.5 hours per PA working together as 2:1 care term time
19.5 hours per PA working together as 2:1 care in the holidays

The young man likes to be as active as possible when he's steady on his feet. He does use a wheelchair.
He's peg fed. Needs medication and suctions at times.
Loves people watching. Loves interacting with new people.
Very comical & loving boy.
Needs to be two to one. And requires a wheelchair.
