We are looking for an enthusiastic clinician with a special interest in Rehabilitation, Neurology, Stroke, Trauma, to contribute to delivering the highest quality of patient care. The Neuro-Rehabilitation Department at St George's Hospital delivers complex, specialist rehabilitation to support our acute trauma, stroke, neurosurgical and tertiary neurology services, in South West London, as well as the local population. We work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Neuropsychology., The post holder will be responsible for the Rapid Access Acute Rehabilitation ward, at St George's Hospital. This may include acutely unwell patients, and responsibilities for coordinating care between different specialties.

After years of collaboration, our two Trusts became a hospitals group in 2021. While remaining as two separate Trusts, being a hospitals group will help us to collaborate more closely on research, and the development, education, and training of our 17,000-strong workforce.
