Full Job Description
- Working across our Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics and Tooling categories to build relationships with premium beauty brands.
- You'll be responsible for working on strategic campaign planning with brands, focusing on metrics such as new customer acquisition, retention and average order value.
- Liaising with brands weekly to review performance and drive actions accordingly which will helping to deliver Annual Brand Budgets and profit targets.
- Collaborative working with trading and merchandising managers to ensure brand plans are executed successfully and stock portfolio/availability is managed effectively.
Commercially astute, ambitious and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility. - An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong passion for Buying, as well as good organisational skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial but full support will be provided.
