It is an exciting time to join THG at a significant milestone in the Group's sustainability journey. Having published the company's first Group sustainability strategy in October 2021, we are now looking for an ambitious, creative and forward-thinking Graduate to help drive and embed sustainability throughout THG. As a Graduate Sustainability Coordinator, you will support the central Sustainability team in planning and delivering sustainability projects and initiatives across key business functions and THG brands. You will be a self-starter, with excellent communication and organisation skills, and a passion for driving responsible and sustainable business. As a Graduate Sustainability Coordinator you'll:

  • Working closely with the Head of Sustainability, developing strategic projects and initiatives to improve sustainability across the Group.
  • Coordinating cross-functional team meetings covering specific sustainability issues, such as social responsibility, climate change, environmental and social regulatory horizon scanning, waste etc.
  • Keeping the team up-to-date with the latest environmental and sustainability updates, policies and innovations in the market.
  • Adopting a data-led approach to continuously seek improvement areas, and monitoring the progress of sustainability campaigns and initiatives across the Group.
  • Build a network of Sustainability Champions across the Group to help drive innovation, generate fresh ideas and embed sustainability into everyday business at THG.

    Commercially astute, ambitious and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong passion for Sustainability and the careers opportunities that this field may bring, as well as good organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial but full support will be provided.
