Our Graduate Programme

As a Graduate in our Architecture team, you will be responsible for the quality generation and
delivery of design documents and drawings to support the architectural team.
You will be responsible for creating designs and highly detailed drawings and design solutions using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
You'll work closely with other members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient and buildable solutions, in a multi-disciplinary design environment

You will continue your journey to becoming a qualified Architect. Gaining the skills that you need to begin a successful career in design and engineering, whilst working alongside industry-leading teams.

You'll be part of the team and get involved in a wide variety of projects to develop your experience from the very first day., Working closely with other members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions you will have the following knowledge and experience

+ Understand the latest industry standard software and information management techniques and be able to use Autodesk Revit.
+ Working under the supervision of a Senior architectural team member to produce 2D & 3D deliverables from concept through to fully co-ordinated detailed design
+ Technical knowledge of building components
+ Effectively communicate and collaborate with the architectural team, other disciplines, and other consultants

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with a passion for Architecture and have or are set to achieve at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree, such as Architecture that provides you with either a recognised RIBA Part I or Part II qualification.

+ Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit 3D software
+ Knowledge of current UK technical standards/publications and legislation requirements
+ Effectively manage own time across multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
+ Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills

You'll also need to feel confident to challenge the status quo, strive for perfect delivery and possess a
willingness to get involved with every opportunity to develop yourself and put our customers first.
