Our Project Management Office (PMO) and Planning team ensures efficient project delivery through structured planning, governance, and performance monitoring. We drive efficiency through detailed scheduling, risk management, and process optimisation. Included in this is our organisational development function, where we provide specialist services to mobilise, build, and sustain high-performance projects or clients. The Organisational Development team works closely with business leaders and the HR function to identify and solve challenges related to strategy, structure, and people processes, impacting culture, engagement, productivity, and overall performance in a ever-changing business environment. In our 'Consult' engine, you'll join a global team where we work closely with clients to understand their challenges and offer fresh ideas grounded in innovation and sustainability. We provide advisory and project delivery services, guiding clients through every phase of their projects, from initial strategy and planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. While we collaborate closely with clients and visit project sites, Consult is centred on producing creative solutions to their individual challenges. If you prefer a more hands-on role in a physical construction environment, explore our roles in our 'Construct' engine.What you'll do In Organisational Development (OD) you will support the delivery of OD 'Knowledge Transfer' services for allocated projects and programmes. You will provide support with administration, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with the coordination and scheduling of learning on projects and programmes, such as enrolments and scheduling courses, using Learning Management Systems or other platforms.
• Assisting with the organising and management of learning delivered internally and/or externally.
• Developing, building, and maintaining trusting, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and/or on the client side.
• Assisting with the assessment of performance and effectiveness gaps, working with projects/programmes to implement learning initiatives.
• Supporting with facilitation of workshops and presentations, both preparation and delivery.
• Assisting with aligning the programme of works to all relevant contractual and legal requirements related to project/programme delivery, and to the project mission, vision, and values.
• Where relevant, supporting the development, delivery and adaptation of bespoke learning content that creates opportunities for personal, team, and project growth.
• Using learning/reporting enhancement technologies, such as self-authoring eLearning and interactive engagement tools.
• Supporting with identification and measurement of the value added from project/programme consultations and initiatives that were developed and delivered.
• Supporting with the production of reports on learning analysis, attendance, learning requirements, and the value added.
• Works with team members providing support and assistance for the operational delivery of team/area strategy.
You will also work towards gaining professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). All fully funded and supported by us.


• A future or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in Organisational Psychology. We will also consider Business Management graduates with a keen interest in improving organisational practices, Education Studies graduates with an interest in applying learning and education principles into corporate adult space, or those with a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development.
• 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
Given the nature of our work, flexibility is key. Our projects and clients are based in various locations, so you should be prepared to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace offices. A positive and adaptable approach to travel is therefore essential, as it may be a regular part of your role.
