Full Job Description

Mace is a trusted partner in the UK Defence and National Security sector, delivering complex infrastructure and property programs across the defence estate and supporting global defence initiatives. Leveraging digital technologies, we work with governments, military institutes, and nuclear establishments to enhance security infrastructure worldwide. Our expertise spans embassies, research centres, and military headquarters, with a commitment to sustainability through net zero carbon projects and responsible procurement. We innovate to transform the environments where Armed Forces live, work, and train, continually challenging conventional thinking to deliver impactful, future-proof solutions.

In our 'Consult' engine, you'll join a global team where we work closely with clients to understand their challenges and offer fresh ideas grounded in innovation and sustainability. We provide advisory and project delivery services, guiding clients through every phase of their projects, from initial strategy and planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. While we collaborate closely with clients and visit project sites, Consult is centred on producing creative solutions to their individual challenges. If you prefer a more hands-on role in a physical construction environment, explore our roles in our 'Construct' engine.
