2025 Recruitment Marketing Placement

Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 40 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings, short assignments and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym., As a Recruitment Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.


• Assist in managing and updating our company's website and social media platforms.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.


• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.


• Assist in organising and promoting company events and webinars.


• Create and edit marketing materials, including graphics and videos.


• Assist in analysing and reporting on marketing metrics to measure campaign success.


• Support other marketing activities as needed.

  We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our Recruitment Marketing Team on a 12-month placement . This placement is ideally suited to a student currently undertaking a bachelor's or master's degree who is looking to gain practical project-based and administrative experience within the marketing sector., First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.


• Must be a current Bachelor's or Master's student with a required 12-month placement as part of your degree, preferably studying in marketing, business, communications, or a related field at the point of application.


• Must be able to start on the 7th of July 2025, to work full-time for a 12-month duration.


• Must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.


• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).


• You should be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.


• A candidate with good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Meta Business, Canva and familiarity with social media platforms.


• You must be able to demonstrate a strong interest in marketing, with an eye for design and creative thinking.


• Highly personable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
