Full Job Description

To design and deliver high quality learning and development interventions to individuals and groups at all levels within the organisation and support key learning and development work streams and projects.

To work alongside the Learning and Organisational Development Manager and Organisational Development Practitioner to design and deliver development programmes linked to organisational, departmental and individual objectives and contribute to the attainment of knowledge, skills and competency at the appropriate level.

To provide high quality careers/personal development advice whilst contributing to developing a learning and development service which supports improving service provision and the organisational development of the Trust.

To provide key development interventions and training across a variety of subjects to include: Corporate Induction, Resilience and Resourcefulness, Courageous Conversations, Appraisal and a variety of bespoke topics tailored to the needs of teams.

We are looking for a creative and organised facilitator to join the team. The Learning and Organisational Development team are responsible for the delivery of high-quality learning and organisational development interventions across all staff groups.

Based at Gateway Plaza in Barnsley with travel to and from the hospital site as required, the role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience of the full learning cycle.
