Full Job Description

Our 12-week Summer Development Internship Programme (SDIP) provides valuable experience complementing your studies and supporting your personal and professional growth. You'll be supported with:
A structured 12-week programme filled with regular learning opportunities
Mentorship, office buddies, intern community, and access to the Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic network and support services
A welcome event featuring guest speakers and engagement activities, followed by a closing event to celebrate your success

Assessment Process - Behavioural Based Assessment (BBA)
We assess candidates through behavioural-based assessments, proven to effectively measure aptitude and potential. Once you've applied online, you'll receive a link within 24 hours to complete the BBA. This includes game-based tasks that are analysed and scored. You'll have the opportunity to practice the test before starting the assessment. The team
You will work with and learn from experienced and professional team members who will coach and mentor you during your internship.
Depending on location, you'll be active in different types of work and involved in the delivery of various projects, all of which will enhance your knowledge and skills.
You will gain experience, learn about our organisation through working in different areas, gaining insight to develop ideas for a future career.
