Full Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, Chief Design Officer, and Team Design Directors as a 3D Visualiser, you will be at the forefront of creating industry-leading interior and exterior architectural renderings. Your role encompasses modelling fully detailed interior and exterior spaces, with a focus on lighting, texture mapping, and animation. Additionally, you'll accessorise and detail models, manage the Material and Model library, and maintain the render farm, ensuring Maris stays ahead with 'cutting edge, market leading' visuals. We are seeking a highly creative and motivated 3D Visualiser who is a team player with a 'whatever it takes' attitude. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and a passion for creating innovative visual content. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have the ability to innovate, adapt to new technologies, and consistently push the boundaries of architectural visualisation. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Create detailed interior and exterior architectural models, including full interior space modelling, lighting, and texture mapping.
- Accessorising models with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Installing and configuring necessary hardware and software, help manage and maintain the Material and Model library efficiently.
- Helping to manage the render farm, ensuring adherence to Maris's cutting-edge visual standards.
- Perience Artists, following Maris's file structure and layering system
- Collaborating with other 3D visualisers, efficiently dividing and managing workloads when needed.
3D Studio Max - strong skills ideally 4+ years experience - Adobe Creative Suite Comfortable handling AutoCAD files
- Experience of Unreal Engine, AfterEffect and Vray
- Experience of visualising interiors and a good design sense Experience of Railclone, Forest Pack and FloorGenerator
- Relevant degree level qualification
- Whatever it takes attitude and good team player You will have a strong background in 3D visualisation, with at least 4 years of experience in 3D Studio Max, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to comfortably handle AutoCAD files, along with experience in Unreal Engine, AfterEffect, Vray, and a good design sense for visualising interiors., Candidates will be considered on their abilities regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity but an ability to communicate at a high level of competency in the English language is essential.
