Full Job Description

Working in a small team within the wider IT function. Along with the IT Services Manager and other

Engineers, specifically to develop and maintain the end user desktop and online experience for the

college. You will come from an IT background with experience of Group Policy, Microsoft System

Centre suite of tools and the Office 365 Admin centre. You will need the experience and confidence

to work with end users and managers alike to develop and maintain the end user experience you will

be part of the team that acts as the escalation point for all desktop & associated issues, providing

support to other engineers in their duties.
