3rd Line Support Network Engineer

We are looking for a 3rd Line Network Engineer to join the Bengal Service Operations team. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role. Your transferable skills and experience:
