4 on 4 off shift Shift Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Manchester, working a 4 on 4 off shift, on a permanent basis. In this role you will supervise and work as part of the team of Technicians and Apprentices, to ensure that maximum utilisation and quality is achieved from the workshop and customer satisfaction is achieved. Your main responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring that all MAN processes are followed correctly and all health and safety rules are being adhered to. This role is a key role in the workshop, acting as the main link between the managers and the wider team, as well as being a key point of contact for customers where required. You will also be expected to assist with planning and relevant training and development for the workshop staff, ensuring good communication & information flow between the front desk and Service staff.
