7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver

As a Collections and Delivery Driver for DPD, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our customers. Your role is instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and timely parcel handling. This position requires a valid C1 licence, DQC, and CPC, along with 12 months of relevant experience., 1. Commence daily operations at the depot, assisting with the systematic loading of parcels.
2. Execute a predetermined delivery and collection schedule, typically encompassing 50-60 stops within the designated area.
3. Utilise provided equipment, such as the Sack Barrow/Hand Truck, to safely manage heavier items.
4. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
5. Adhere strictly to delivery timeframes and operational protocols.
6. Ensure the secure and efficient handling of all parcels throughout the collection and delivery process.
7. Promptly report any issues or discrepancies encountered during the course of duty.
8. Uphold DPD's reputation through consistent demonstration of our service standards.
