A400M Aircraft Engineering Project Placement

As part of an inclusive team, you will work alongside and learn our cutting edge aircraft with industry experts while tackling real-world challenges and contribute to enhancements within our aviation industry by carrying out key project management, continuous improvement and supporting the leadership team. Collaborate with Experts: Work shoulder to shoulder with licensed maintenance engineers and gain insights from experts in the aviation maintenance industry. Hands on experience:

• Dive into the heart of our projects with practical, hands on tasks that impact real aircraft management situations.
Innovate and Create:
• Contribute to designing, testing and optimising aircraft processes using the latest technologies and methods.
  
  Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

As the successful candidate, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• All applicants must have a full UK driving licence and their own car
Ideally you will currently be studying an Engineering-related degree; The ability to listen, understand and communicate information effectively and efficiently; IT competence for managing data, communication through email and documentation; Desire to work in an open and trusting environment, both independently as well as within a larger team; Pro-active attitude and positive engagement towards learning in a technical environment with a strong interest in developing yourself; Interest in finding, developing and implementing creative solutions to complex problems; Professional attitude that will be reflected towards external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
