AAT Finance Assistant Apprenticeship

You will be dealing with invoices, cash management, balance sheet and financial reports whilst working towards the AAT level 3 qualification.,

• Assist in maintaining financial records: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, manage spreadsheets, and maintain organised records.
• Support the team in processing income and expenditure, including processing of supplier payment runs.
• Bank reconciliation: Assist with reconciling the charity's bank accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Support financial reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including income and expenditure statements.
• Ensure suitable records are maintained to assist with our annual audit.
• General support: Provide administrative support to the Finance team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Work closely with our Supporter Service Team to ensure the accuracy of income.
• Deal with banking and petty cash.
• Assist with the debt management and credit control.
