Contract / Shift: Permanent - Days, with occasional nights to cover holiday / Sickness. "Weekend work may be required during busy periods, with all additional hours paid at an overtime rate." Responsibilities: - The role of the Multi-Disciplined
Maintenance Engineer / Technician is to provide first class customer support to the Operations team. - Performing Preventive Maintenance activities, responding effectively to breakdowns, monitoring equipment performance and providing valuable input to help maintain process yields and efficiencies. - Flexibility in working across our two sites (Rugeley and Fradley) and supporting the other members of the team, working weekends and overtime when required. - Provide assistance to the Projects Team in implementing changes to equipment. - Continuous Improvement is an important part of our site's culture, so you will also have the opportunity to propose or contribute to initiatives and projects that improve our operations.

Experience of Maintenance Engineering within a safety critical environment, specifically have experience and skills in fault finding and problem solving on high volume and high-tech equipment, such as PLC's, packing lines, mixers, compressors. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and have the ability to work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. - Hold an Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship qualification or similar (multi-skilled or cross-skilled) - Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical diagnostic and development capability - Significant experience in a similar environment preferably with working knowledge of working within a mill / food environment, fault diagnostics, analysis and countermeasure implementation including multi skilled working practices and capabilities. - Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace - Proof of ability to plan effectively for both projects / maintenances. - Able to
work in confined spaces. - Able to work at height.
