You will be based at the Centre for Academic Primary Care, Canynge Hall in Bristol and may be required to travel for face-to-face interviews.

Applicants will have a PhD or equivalent experience in relevant behavioural or social science subjects (preferably health-related). You will have detailed knowledge and understanding of the range of qualitative methodologies and underlying theory. You will have experience of carrying out high quality in-depth qualitative studies of health, ideally with experience working in research in a primary care setting with patients and/or staff. Your publication record will show evidence of work of at least national quality in relevant discipline(s).
