  • Contribute to cutting-edge SimTex finite element core solver that accelerates composite structure design and development while improving manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure software meets rigorous standards through comprehensive testing, complete documentation, and a clean, modular design.
  • Utilise expertise in packaging software into easy-to-distribute and easy-to-install applications.
  • Join a team committed to producing high-quality software and embracing technology transfer and effective dissemination.

Expert knowledge and experience of GUI development and research software engineering.
  • Mastery of key software development tools, including C++, Python and version control systems.
  • Experience with other programming languages, or a strong desire to learn them.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and documentation to ensure the development of robust simulation toolboxes.
  • A passion for exploring new technologies and approaches.

Join a top-ranked UK research university, competitive pay, and flexible working arrangements.
