We are seeking to appoint an Academic Guidance Tutor to join a college that is committed to transforming the lives of young people across our region.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspiration and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. The role of the Academic Guidance Tutor is central to the College and to the establishment and maintenance of a culture of hard work, success resilience, and target achievement.

  • General qualifications and education to at least level 2, including Maths and English

  • Previous experience of providing information, advice and guidance to young people

  • Excellent organisational skills, including working to tight deadlines
