Academic Mentor

An 'Outstanding' graded Ofsted secondary school based in the heart of Barnet are looking for Academic Mentors to join their vibrant and high-achieving secondary school for a September 2024 start.
As an Academic Mentor, your job will be to support students within the Science department with their academics, as well as supporting with their well-being.

What will you do as an Academic Mentor?
+ Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
+ Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across science related subjects - dependant on your subject speciality!
+ Support class teachers across different subjects and support students development academically
