Full Job Description

  • Telephone enquiry handling
  • Quotation and booking confirmation for Training.
  • Order & invoicing processing
  • Customer aftercare
  • Mentoring and training of colleagues and new recruits
  • Customer issue escalation and resolution
  • Key user or specific and specialised additional duties (TC Manager)
  • Undergo necessary training in order to fulfil all duties.
  • Delivery of objectives as agreed with manager.
  • Management and compliance of key team tasks
  • Where applicable specialised process ownership/responsibilities
  • Provide mentoring in areas of expertise (key user/additional duties)
  • Maintain & improve customer satisfaction by the provision of high-level support to customers, including ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders with respect to pricing, delivery and product requirements.
  • Assist with logistic operations in terms of invoice control & accuracy.
  • Where applicable: act as an SAP or other ERP systems as a key-user & attend such meetings as required.
  • Undertake any other duties and projects in order to meet personal, team and organizational objectives (in consultation with the Manager)

  • Reporting Relationships

  • Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience.
  • IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Related Experience
  • IT knowledge: MS Office
  • Knowledge of Draeger Products
  • SAP and CRM TC manager
  • Skills, Special Competencies
